Andrie Teddone

Andrei Teddone currently serves as Director of Valuation Services with Originators Group in New York City, providing 25 years of experience with broad exposure in real estate due diligence, consultation, review and valuation, with particular emphasis in the residential sector.

Recent assignments include residential cooperatives with total valuations in excess of $6.20 billion including several trophy-grade assets such as The Dakota, the San Remo, the Park Regis, London Towers, The Sherry Netherland, and The SoHo House Beach Club Condominium in Miami Beach, FL; new construction rental and mixed-use developments totaling $1.0 billion in the Northeast and throughout New York City; portfolio and individual valuations for Agency lenders Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae totaling $1.0 billion; regional asset liquidation portfolio assignments, and sale-lease-back portfolio assignments for real estate investment trusts (REITS).

Additional experience includes valuing fractional interests in condos and co-ops, IRS/estate planning valuations including minority interest discounts, proposed condominium developments, land and air rights valuations, age-restricted developments, and numerous low-income housing developments including LIHTC and HUD-oriented affordable housing sectors. Further experiences includes single- and multi-tenant industrial, retail and office valuations.

Prior to joining Originators Group, Mr. Teddone acquired valuable experience serving as Senior Director for the Northeast Region for Long Beach Mortgage, overseeing regional valuation reviews, vendor quality control oversight, and ongoing valuation training to regional sales staff. Mr. Teddone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, and a minor in Business Administration from St. Johns University.
