Lisa M. Teddone currently serves as the Controller with Originators Group in New York City, providing 36 years of experience with broad exposure in managing all accounting functions for the boutique commercial real estate appraisal firm.

Duties include all accounting functions for the company including annual audit preparation, financial report preparation, regulatory reporting, cash and payroll management and budget variation analysis.

Additional experience includes Accounting and Operations Specialist at Home America Lending, a licensed residential mortgage company; Controller at Truth Be Told, a public relations firm. Prior to joining Originators Group, Ms. Teddone acquired valuable experience serving as Vice President for J.P. Morgan acting as a trading and financial system liaison for fixed income and derivative assets as well as a tenure as a Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young, where she earned the prestigious CPA designation.

Ms. Teddone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Johns University.
