Kyle C. Coons currently serves as an Associate of Valuation Services with Originators Group in New York City, providing over four years of experience with broad exposure in real estate due diligence and valuation, with particular emphasis in the residential sector.

Recent assignments for Mr. Coons include residential, mixed-use, retail, industrial and office properties along with new construction for both rental and sale (condominium) applications in New York City and throughout the Northeast. He has also taken part in portfolio and individual valuations throughout the US and worked for clients including Agency Lenders (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae), insurance companies, money center and regional banks, along with other sundry lenders.

Additional experience includes valuing fractional interests in condos and co-ops, IRS/estate planning valuations including minority interest discounts, condominium developments, land and air rights valuations, and different parts of the housing sectors. Further experiences includes single- and multi-tenant industrial, retail and office valuations.

Prior to joining Originators Group, Mr. Coons acquired valuable experience while working for IPG Mediabrands and Chubb Insurance. Mr. Coons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania.
